Fenghuang Hotels with Bars

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

We contacted the hotel a few weeks prior to arrange for a pick up at the fenghuanggucheng train station. They picked us up from the train station for free. As soon as we arrive, the boss greeted us and the staff helped bring our luggage to our room. We were also shown different rooms when we arrived, and they upgraded us to their suite room free of charge. The staff are always nice , smiling and helpful. Great location, hotel located away from the major noise but right in the action. We have been travelling around the Philippines, South Korea and China and decided to stay in Fenghuang old town for two nights, and we are grateful that we got some much needed rest. There's a few cheap breakfast options around the hotel. Highly recommended hotel, we would stay here again the next time we come back to Fenghuang old town!

The sanitation is relatively clean. It is a two-story house with a circular steel structure + glass. The first floor is the bathroom and living room, and the second floor is the room. Advantages: The room type is special and children like it. It is located in Nanhua Mountain. You can overlook the night view of the ancient city from the room. You can also lie on the bed to enjoy the scenery by opening the curtains. It feels pretty good. The hotel is right by the Hongqiao River. There is a dedicated housekeeper who can help you book tickets. Disadvantages: The room is on the mountain. Although there is an elevator, it takes more than 1 minute to walk. It is also a challenge to return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing or halfway. The bathroom is indeed a bit small, the drainage is a bit not very good, and there is no place to put toiletries.

The environment is pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the facilities are complete and clean. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive. This experience in the hotel is really great! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. There is also a heartwarming story here. I accidentally left an important item in the restaurant. When I returned anxiously to find it, the staff not only kept it properly, but also comforted me with a smile. Their sincerity and responsibility filled my heart with warmth. The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, and I stayed happily and safely. I must give it a thumbs up!

We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main strip (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist strip on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

Excellent service provided. Shared with us how should we explore the town and what are the key areas to walk around. Excellent view by the side of the rivers. The only downside of this location need to walk at least 15 minutes to 20 minutes to reach the heart of the town. This downside comes with a plus that night it is peaceful when the heart of the town where all the pubs and live bands can be very noisy.

A treasure homestay with a strong Chinese style. This homestay makes people feel very congenial. The store manager is warm and friendly. The day of check-in is like meeting with old friends who have not seen each other for a long time, drinking tea and chatting together, warm and pleasant. I came here with the scriptures and finally found a quiet and harmonious environment, where I can quietly copy the scriptures, relax and calm my heart, and enjoy such a precious moment. The fish pond in the atrium of the homestay is ingeniously designed. Sitting in the atrium in the afternoon, enjoying the flowers, talking, and watching, it is beautiful and intoxicating. It makes me feel more like returning home, or coming to a friend's home, especially comfortable and comfortable. If I come to Fenghuang again, I will definitely choose to stay in this homestay again, because it makes me feel the warmth of home. I strongly recommend it to all my friends so that they can also experience this beauty and comfort.

Hotel is within short walking distance of rainbow bridge. Didi driver called the owner for directions on our behalf as our ph is foreign registered. Owner personally came to lug our heavy luggage along jagged stone sideways. The room is well equipped. Bedsheets used are of high quality. Owner helped us to book transport to Tongren to catch night flight.

I went to the lush Chang'an City these days. The Fairy Sword of that year, and us of that year, all the memories were full. Drink tea, read books, and chat with the boss or friends. It is very comfortable. The room you live in also has a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling window. It is very clean and comfortable. After walking for a day, you can take a hot spring bath to wash away the fatigue of the day The owner of the B&B is also a true temperament, a sentimental young man, and very enthusiastic In Fenghuang, I feel unprecedented romance, and feel sufficient steadiness and peace here.
