We also raised this issue with the boss and he said he would arrange someone to solve it. It was not solved until we checked out at 7.8 in the morning. It's very noisy at o'clock. Mainly because there are many tourists looking into the room from this window in the morning. They are still surprised that there are people inside. This is a hotel that will definitely make mistakes. It can be said to be a guest house! Too bad, too bad!

It was extremely cold. The air conditioner was completely ineffective when turned on. There was no water. There was a hole in the room to fill in the cold air. You could see the outside of the toilet. What kind of boss was this? It's too big, the car can't move, I checked out on the spot, I have no hotel experience, no sense of service, it's a **** hotel!

很小巧舒適的一個房間，像住在森林裏，環境很靜謐，運氣很好，當天晚上下雪，第二天早上起來門口堆上厚厚一層白雪，門口就能玩雪，風景很好。

小木屋在石頭城景區裏，距離南天湖景區車程10分鐘，附近一分鐘車程地有充電樁，非常方便。石頭城景區裏可以吃飯，有土家菜，湯鍋，羊肉那些，早餐也有。但是木屋比較小，裏面就一張床，房間乾淨，洗漱都在公廁，體驗一下還是不錯滴。

老闆聽説帶小孩直接升級成船屋。房間有空調，暖和，乾淨，態度好，景色也好。屋門口就可以玩雪放煙花停車，交通很方便。到景區很近2分鐘。吃飯開下山一點就到，旁邊有個客服中心，有2個充電樁，4個頭子，錯峯沖還好。
