地理位置的確不錯，但是酒店太小家子氣，天熱房間給的兩瓶礦泉水不夠，向酒店前台要，每次都沒有明確告知需要付費，結果最後在按金裏面扣了費用，還三塊錢一瓶！這是我住過的唯一一家礦泉水還要收費的酒店！

衞生：這種價格的酒店確實衞生很一般了，被子有污漬，且有點潮，一晚上基本沒怎麼睡
服務：早餐的種類不能再少了，除了炒木耳和炒河粉稍微好吃一點，其他的基本可以理解為速凍
總的來説：價格虛高，攜程六百多，到店要一千二百多，不知道定價的標準在哪裡，踩雷，不會再去第二次

下雪啦，必須沖豐都南天湖玩雪。帶小孩就想入住一晚，但景區的酒店很多沒有空調，有一家新的酒店有地暖但訂滿了，左挑右選決定了湖畔度假酒店住一晚，因為有空調，零下幾度的天氣你要空調真的會s。酒店單間是全看南天湖的，雙人間部分看湖，大家預訂一定要提前諮詢，不然會錯過美景。最後兩張就是窗外美景。
玩雪真心建議住一晚，可以玩到晚上和第二天早上人少的雪，是真的很nice。特別第二天早上，第一個踩在才下完雪的雪麪，留下第一個腳印。

一晚9百多，近1千的價格，貴在地段和廣告宣傳，風景是美的。其他不想説了，特別失望的是餐廳，那個早餐喲，絕對的農家樂風格，那兩張大圓桌至今難忘。

來了很多次了，酒店比以前更好了，地理位置絕佳，走幾步就到湖邊，看雪玩雪非常方便，就在陽台就能放眼南天湖的絕佳美景，酒店服務員也是熱情周到，每次來南天湖都會住這裏！
