Overall it was good, in line with expectations, the room was quite large, it was a new hotel, the facilities and equipment were relatively new, the air conditioning was quite good, it was very warm when checking in in winter, the front desk service was quite enthusiastic, it was quite convenient to stay for one night and go to Nantian Lake the next day.

Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in their hotel. The front desk service is very good and the room hygiene is also very good! The restaurant waiters are also very nice! It feels good and parking is very convenient.

I rarely write reviews. This has to be complained about. I checked into the hotel and went to the laundry room to wash clothes, but there was no laundry detergent. I called the front desk to ask for laundry detergent, but I made the call 5 times and hung up 5 times. Well, go down to the front desk and look for it yourself while you’re on the phone. I saw an aunt at the front desk pick up the phone and hang up. When I asked, I was told that the front desk clerk had gone to the toilet. Even if you have something urgent to do, you should still answer the phone. Then let's talk about breakfast. We were given two meal coupons when we checked in, and they said breakfast was on the 5th floor. I went to the 5th floor early the next day and they told me there were few guests, so no breakfast was served. Oh my god! ! ! You can still play like this. . . Are you entertaining the guests? In addition, the carpet in the corridor is quite dirty and has a musty smell! The rest is just like that. The hotel has many rooms and the place is not small. It’s all in vain!
