The entire hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout and color palette of the rooms are also very comfortable, and clean and hygienic facilities are very important. The river view room we stayed in also had a beautiful view. What was heartwarming was that when the front desk saw us with our children, they took the initiative to provide children's slippers and dental kits. The children loved it. The breakfast buffet provided in the morning was very good. All Seasons Hotel is a good choice during the trip, and I will choose this hotel next time.

Check-in at the hotel was supposed to be at 2 o'clock, but when I arrived at 4 o'clock, the front desk was still complaining that the room had not been cleaned. After a long time, I entered the room. 房間佈局相當好，比我想象的要大很多，住的真的很舒適。公寓式的面積，容納一家三口還覺得寬敞不被打擾，有各自的空間，是我住過5鑽同等品質酒店最多傢俱的，感覺真的是出來旅居的一樣。移動書桌方便辦公，生活吧洗水槽適合洗漱小童用具。還有咖啡膠囊機，可以房間自製咖啡。退房還會送張家界特色的logo冰箱貼。物超所值啊家人們！

酒店位於豐都繁華地段，離長江不遠，到商業中心也僅2、3條街的距離。吃飯的選擇很多，停車場有點緊張，建議下午14:00前入住。前台和樓層工作人員的服務都很熱情，下次還會選這家。
