衞生條件還是很好的，交通位置離廂壩集市很近，樓下不遠就有公交站點，房屋乾淨整潔，原本訂的房型不是很合心意，前台的嬢嬢還很友好熱情幫我升了房型，給我們介紹周邊景點站點路線，很好的一個民宿，推薦

據説景區裏面的酒店民宿沒得地暖，相比在景區裏面酒店冰天雪地的吃不好睡不暖，住在離景區很近的街上還是很棒的，民宿樓下一條街都是吃飯的地方，很方便，在景區附近這個價位的民宿還是很不錯了，房間挺温馨的很有特色，有地暖真的很不錯。

晚上6點半到達酒店入住，從始至終衹有一個大叔在忙上忙下，而且又不太懂房間分配好幾次搞錯房間。地暖有是有，那麼凍的下雪天恆温設定20°，升温從0.5度開始，睡一覺到第二天早上了才升到12度我也是醉了。地暖最暖和的地方盡是榻榻米床上，晚上可以熱得你想掀被子，但是房間温度又不夠暖。另外，衞生間沒有暖氣就算了，連個暖風機浴霸都沒有，冷得不是一般，跟室外的温度無異，那洗個熱水澡也好嘛，熱水器也不熱，温嘟嘟的，根本沒法洗。387的房價，根本不值得

不知道是不是民宿都有這個問題，有一股黴味。床上用品也不是很乾凈。沒有電梯，要爬到4樓，感覺不是很方便。這次對民宿的體驗感很不好，以後不會再輕易訂民宿了。

民房，就兩層，跟隔斷間似的，隔音超差，房間的地暖不行，一晚上都才11-12度，被子還是空調被的厚度，房間連礦泉水都沒有，這個價格還是住酒店吧
