And this was actually not a conflict between me and another customer, but with the hotel. But the hotel as a whole is relatively invisible. No one handles or coordinates. They only say a few words occasionally, and then they disappear again. Because of the hotel's inaction, conflicts with other guests intensified. In the end, a few breakfast coupons were given, and the compensation directly provided by the hotel ended. I made another complaint on Ctrip, hoping that the hotel can improve the service quality. Later, I was acclimated and had severe diarrhea. I contacted the front desk to see if there was a medical clinic in the hotel. The hotel said there was no infirmary. The hotel did not have medicines on hand and told the nearest hospital that I needed to leave the scenic spot. Overall, the service experience is indeed poor.
