房間裝修挺好看的，户外的風景業很好，因為是頂樓，所以温泉風景不錯，看不到樓，都是山的感覺，樓台業很大，各種功能區，還有一個小樓台挨着隔壁，如果隔壁沒人，那麼是一個獨處的很好的小空間，屋裡一個大池子確實大，接水稍慢，沒有户外的快。整體格局很好，2張榻榻米都可以電加熱，大床躺着看門樑上方的電視。晚上太陽能小燈串把陽台照的亮堂堂，很有氛圍感。

位置比較偏遠。在小區內部。不太好找。自駕方便。鳳城東站打車15一位。大概要30分左右。
六個人入住 所以預訂得最大的房間。房間覺得環境還不錯 裝飾都很用心 陽台還有很多花花草草。房間是兩居室改造。客廳放置一張榻榻米可以住六人。 室內的大號泡池也在客廳。 就顯得很侷促。吃飯都沒有正式的餐桌。六個人窩在客廳的沙發茶几 陽台是有一個用餐園桌。做不下加上室外還是有點冷
附近也沒有吃飯得地方。還有他家就有餐廳 可以網上叫餐。價格偏貴 可以理解 也可以接受。味道不錯 選擇品類也蠻多的。不過五點半就結束。我們三點半左右入住。還好有下午飯吃
等 晚上泡湯的時候。設計的bug就出來了。放温泉水大概需要兩個半小時才可以。泡池在客廳沒有隔斷。整個客廳牆壁已經潮濕。像個汗蒸房。
第二天要退房的時候才發現。另一個衞生間的毛巾是這種的。我都搞不清這是抹布還是對客毛巾
建議商家。預訂後可以提前客人加你們的管家微。不要像我 司機送到小區門口。還要導航十二號院在哪個幢樓。哪個單元。怎麼去前台。兩點後才可以入住呀。五點半餐廳又要結束。 是否需要提前訂餐等等

各方面都很好，在園區內溜達、開車去鎮上能看出來應該是附近最好的一家。
訂的日式親子房，榻榻米可以左右加熱，有冰箱，吃飯還可以小程序點單送到房間，温泉水全天候供應，庭院裏的泡池放水也不存在額外收費。
房間非常乾淨，庭院也很乾凈，家人輕微潔癖想自己再清潔一下泡池，兩位姐姐提供了消毒劑，後來又很貼心地幫我們拿來了盆子方便清潔，服務非常周到，我們退房的時候還送到門口🤝🤝🤝
贈送的早餐雖然不是自助，但是品類也非常豐富，營養均衡，豆漿不是沖粉的那種，豆包也不是預製的餡，很用心。
下次來還會選擇這家，是一次很享受的出行👍👍

清明節假期到鳳城、丹東一帶自駕遊，想到來東湯鎮泡個温泉體驗一下，提前在攜程預訂的鳳城十二號院。酒店位於東湯鎮山水頤園小區內，小區環境安靜優雅，到店辦理入住方恍然大悟，酒店位於12號樓故得名十二號院。酒店房間非常棒，裝修得體，現代輕奢風格，第一眼看着就非常喜歡，很寬敞，設施齊全且保持的都很新，床品舒適衞生。乾濕分離單獨的淋浴間和兩個大浴缸，獨立的私享庭院，自然清幽，可以室外泡温泉。温泉泡的很爽，4月份的夜晚還是很涼，但衹要加以適應後，那種室外泡浴冰火兩重天的感覺真是難忘。由於到的比較晚，沒有嚐到很多入住過的客人提到的美味晚餐甚是遺憾，但是第二天早晨的定食早餐同樣吃的很飽，水煮蛋、煮地瓜、玉米麪饅頭、小包子、雜糧粥、煎帶魚、各種小菜（並不是那種鹹到難以下口的鹹菜），營養搭配，豐富合理。特別要説前台的大姐人非常好，從入住到第二天退房，都非常貼心、熱情認真，親切沒有距離感。這次時間還是短了點兒，望日後能再有機會專門來東湯待上幾天，一定還到十二號院，舒服、無拘無束。感謝酒店和前台大姐！

提前一個多月定的房間，跟圖片的是一樣的，這個套房很適合家庭出遊，温泉水温度正好，榻榻米可以加熱，媽媽跟兒子睡的可香了。
