The facilities in the room are too old and you can't take a normal shower. The carpet in the room is hard to describe. The breakfast is average. This condition does not match the price.

The hotel was once supposed to be a nice hotel, but is now too old and shows signs of disrepair and lack of management and maintenance. The rain shower head is useless, and the toilet is embarrassingly unable to be flushed cleanly.

離市區、鳳城東站、步行街、鳳凰山都很近。出行打車方便，還有温泉水洗浴，就是屋內設施較老舊點，房間有牆壁破損情況。但是還算中規中矩，早餐很好吃，品類豐富。

房間設施比較陳舊，水龍頭是歪的，出水也很小，淋浴噴頭也出水很細小，就是年久失修，需要改進一下，早餐中規中矩，服務熱情，出門就是馬路，對面有飯店，離商業區還挺近。主要想吐槽一下這個時代網絡不好實在是太不方便了。waifai乾脆就是沒有啊，聯上和沒聯沒區別。

十一東北行的第一站，性價比還不錯，應該是當地的迎賓館類似的，不是連鎖酒店，設施雖略顯陳舊，但大酒店的架子還在，自助早餐很豐盛，免費停車，服務熱情，值得推薦！

很一般衞生也很差，床頭都是灰。設施陳舊，每次去都住這裏，位置還算方便，樓下有吃的，如果能提高一下衞生就很好了。
