The heating is adequate. The room has a large space and good sound insulation. Ordinary has no particular advantages and disadvantages. In line with expectations. The main selection space is relatively small, nothing can be compared.

賓館位置優越，近鳳凰山和步行街，與高速口離得也不遠，樓下及附近有停車場，一般可滿足需要。總體服務滿意：房間使用面積大，因為與裝修時間有關，所以有一些衞生死角，衞生間洗浴未實現乾濕分離，排風扇似乎有故障，運行時無一絲聲音，造成衞生間洗浴後地面濕滑及濕度大，無吹風機備用，電視機尺寸較小；早餐廳就餐位置不算多，人多時可能無就餐位置，早餐品種為中餐，品種不算多，但可以滿足早餐需求。因為有結婚住宿的，所以晚上11點還有人大聲喧嘩。店家貼心送了登山食品及小背包，謝謝了！

目前來鳳城出差都是入住銀泰，主要是所處位置處於市中心，出去辦事交通比較方便。賓館衞生較乾淨，服務很好。值得推薦

前台服務很好，有停車位，可是快到睡覺時，撩起被窩一看，床上面好幾根頭髮和毛，看着臟兮兮的，我打電話讓服務員換，服務員來了以後，非常不高興，拉着臉，説我們新換的呀，我説你自己好好看看吧，然後給換了，
