We arrived very late because our flight was delayed. As we were worried we sent a message to let us know but we didn't get a reply.
When we arrived at the hotel everything was closed and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. After the moment of panic we saw a light and an open door to a room and we understood that they had left it for us.
We would have appreciated a message to let us know. The next day we didn't see anyone to check out either.
