I feel from the website pictures, I was missold a deluxe double, the room was small, the bed was a standard double, there was no seating area, the carpet was dirty and bathroom is in need of a refurbishment, also, the window will not stay open. On arrival I went to reception to raise the issues, no other rooms were available, I was advised this room was classed as a deluxe double (room 216). with no air in the room, a small bed, no manager around, on a saturday at check in, we decided to leave, paying over the odds to stay at the premier inn. I asked for the manager to call when he arrived but did not hear till the next day, I am still waiting to hear from the main manager, but emails are ignored and still waiting on a refund. This is the only hotel I’ve ever left, you are false advertising and trying to market a bodged refurb as luxury when it’s far from it.
