We booked via ***********, and the booking not sending to hotel properly. So we have a bit struggle on the check-in process. however the staff manage the situation well. Next, the dinner was so delay between dish to dish. And the table not serving you as first come first serve, but they book the table for you already and we have to sit there every time while we stay in the hotel. And if you don’t like that table, it’s hard to change because all tables were fixed to each guest. We book junior suite and did not know about the logic of table before, then we have table with no windows inside even you pay more or less that others. Enjoy the dish? Not at all. Once is enough for this kind of service in part of dining and breakfast.
