Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast, what more could you want after a long trip.

房間設備齊全，而且乾淨衛生。本人及太太帶1歲女兒自駕遊，從捷克、奧地利到德國。這間酒店十分舒服，且便宜又包早餐。另外本人入住第一晚後，由於更改行程，加租了一晚，但由於訂錯了雙床房，跟第一晚的大房房不同，幸好有職員Mr. Mostafa幫忙處理，在無需加錢的情況下可住在同一間房間，無需調房。另外Mr.Mostafa 很專業，有禮貌的職員，對每位客人亦照顧週到。而酒店最美的是看到一片美麗的花田。

Direkte Autobahnnähe, ausreichend Parkplätze, alles sauber und ordentlich, gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal und insgesamt sehr kinderfreundlich, daher auch für Familien absolut zu empfehlen. Zimmer war ebenfalls sauber, mit dem ausgeklappten Schlafsofa für die Kids nicht mehr sehr groß, aber zum Schlafen hat er allemal gereicht (tagsüber waren wir eh unterwegs). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

相當於國內的比較好的連鎖商務酒店，衞生比較好，房間不大不小。早餐挺不錯。附近沒有輕軌站，衹能搭公交車。可以讓前台幫忙叫的士。有停車場。

Hotel is very far from City Centre. The cost for a taxi from Munich Main Railway station to hotel was 56 Euro. Hotel room window was damaged and water coming into room with the rain, complained and nothing was done about it. Breakfast was average, no hot buffet.

Never had a good experience with Holiday Inn Express before, and this one was no better. On the first night, I found a big bug on my bed and it went under the bed before I could catch it. I was in a hurry and left the hotel with only requesting for a clean up due to a bug finding. Later, I found out the bug was in fact a German cockroach. I tried to get relocated, but could not be due to multiple reasons. The hotel staff said the room has been throughly cleaned, but there were still crumbles on the floor I found the previous day (not mine). There were also some dark sprayed stain on the bathroom after the so-called “clean-up”. As you can imagine, every night was a nigh**are and I could not have a decent sleep for the entire stay - scared to find another bug on my bed. The hotel staffs tried to help me to get relocated but there was limited resources on their side. So, I am thankful for trying. However, it does not give an excuse for not cleaning properly. Seriously, I am never going back there ever.
