Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Starnberger See. Es ist Von hier aus kann man einige Unternehmungen starten. Das Hotel ist nostalgisch eingerichtet und hat einen besonderen Flair, der an alte Zeiten erinnert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und ordentlich. Die Möbel sind auch nostalgisch, was hier aber sehr gut paßt. Das Bad ist geräumig und modern bis auf den Fußboden. Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend. Die Matratzen sind klasse, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Es ist auch realtiv ruhig im Hotel. Das gesamtte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vollkommen ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, die Qualität war super und gechmacklich auch klasse. Auch sind die Portiónen nicht gerade klein. Auch hier das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Großes Lob an die Küche, hier wird mit Liebe gekocht. Hier kann man sich, wenn man nostalgisches mag, sehr wohlfühlen. Auch ist der Park vom Hotel sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Das Hotel lebt - Dank seines Parks und seiner wirklich traumschönen Terrasse - von Veranstaltungen. Individualgast fällt daneben ab. (Teure) Zimmer ok - insgesamt sanierungsbedürftig. Essen im Restaurant zum Grossteil Convenience, Frühstück uninteressant. Sehr guter aufmerksamer Restaurantservice, ansprechende Weinkarte. Fazit: man muss den Charme vergangener Tage schon sehr mögen…
