This was our third visit and we were not disappointed. Our room was 505 which was a nice room (best so far) and the view was stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful and food was good. Love the 25m pool and also you can throw yourself into the sea too. Perfect place to just relax for 10 days.

It was the best view I ever had from a hotel balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was always kept clean and with A/C it was a very good temperature. The food is really good, with plenty to choose from. Stairs into the sea and the pool made it perfect for hot days. The Bed was very comfy and big enough, even for me as a tall Person (185cm/6ft1inch). Would recommend it to everyone and will come back myself.

Just been for my second stay here. Check in and staff wonderful Rooms, basic but spotless, how much time do you spend in there anyway? Bed was comfy and view from balcony was lovely. FOOD absolutely perfect, plenty of choice, lovely and fresh made every meal time. Drinks - again really good, choice of cocktails and spirits on all inclusive. Yes plastic cups but do you want glass next to a pool? Never any queues at the bar and staff did decent measures. No sunbed wars here, plenty of space to choose from, 2 pools and a little plunge pool, and steps into the sea for swimming. Gym on top floor with Hot tub , sauna and steam room, with amazing views. A wonderful stay, I will be back again. This hotel is perfect if you want a nice peaceful holiday to chill, no pool games on in the day or people bugging you to do activities, and entertainment on 3 nights a week. The view, staff and food are what make this place so brilliant

The hotel is right on the cliff which gives beautiful views of the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers and they are spread out over the complex. There are so many facilities: 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi overlooking the sea and steps that lead straight into the sea which is perfect for snorkelling. The food is delicious with plenty of choice and the drinks selection was good with slushies included in the all inclusive. The rooms are a bit outdated and the shower is a bath with a curtain which is a little disappointing but didn’t affect our experience. It is a 20€ taxi to Calas de Mallorca, where the main bars and restaurants are that show live sports as Cape Colom is a quiet area, so bare that in mind if you want to watch sports. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with excursions etc. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and would return.

The location is superb with 180 degrees sea views to the charming harbor of Porto Colom. The hotel has 2 pools, direct access to the sea where you can swim in a small beautiful cove. The gym located at the rooftop terrace has the best views I ever enjoyed while working out. Includes a jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The staff were very attentive. The buffet has a wide variety of choices, tasty and well balanced. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! Treat yourself to an experience in this hotel! I will definitely come back.

Just got back from a week's solo trip. The veiws are definitely 5 star and the hotel is lovely. Food was varied and enjoyable with a great selection of drinks. My room was lovely with a superb view of both the sea and harbour. Plenty of sun loungers dotted around the grounds and the pools were very refreshing after the hot sun! Ladder down to the sea was perfect for some snorkeling in the warm clear sea. Staff are very friendly and the location for me was ideal with a very well equipped gym with panoramic views! I would love to visit again.

We spent a lovely 8 nights in this beautiful hotel. We loved the all inclusive package and especially the adults only part! The view is breathtaking from our room and all of the hotel surroundings. Food and drink were quite good for an all inclusive with always something to please our palates. The room was basic and the AC had trouble keeping up with the July heat but it was adequate with a nice size balcony and a beautiful view of the coastline. Jumping off the rocks into the warm calm Mediterranean was a highlight for us. There is a nice new ladder for climbing out with ease. The 2 tennis courts are worn with no net straps but definitely playable and we used them several times for no charge. The hotel provides beach towels for a nominal charge. The employees here were warm and welcoming and made our stay even more pleasant. Mada and Miguel at the front desk were kind and helpful to us. Thank you! Overall the resort is safe, quiet and very chill and we love Mallorca and would stay here again!

This hotel is brilliant. If you want peace and quiet. This is the place. Clean tidy and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. No entertainment evert night when Mr classic is on.....very well worth watching. He was brilliant and brought the crowd together.

Second time visiting JS Cape Colom. Stayed for 10 nights, 2 rooms on 1st and 2nd floor. Good sea views. Rooms are spacious, ample storage, could do with an extra shelf in the bathroom and a plug socket near the bedroom mirror. Cleaned daily. Slightly dated in decor but no impact on holiday. We stayed all inclusive, food has a good choice, show cooking at all mealtimes. Even being fussy I could always find something. This hotel is perfect for peace, relaxation and not getting up at 6am to get a sunbed! The beds are set out around the grounds with various outlooks, sea view, pool view, shaded areas. Take your pick. The beach is approx 10 minute walk, worth a visit. The harbour is also 10 minutes away. Very few restaurants, shops etc nearby. There is a gym and spa on the 6th floor, worth a visit just for the views. The staff are all lovely, Miguel on reception is comical. If you're on a late flight, use the shower rooms up at the spa. This hotel needs a little tlc in areas but nothing that would affect your holiday. We would definitely return for a short break. You feel so calm and rested here.
