The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

The location is quite convenient, not far from Vientiane City to Yintai to Swan Lake. The hotel provides parking coupons for underground parking. The room type is relatively comfortable. There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Beautiful room with a nice deep bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. I would have liked to have seen a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet such as french toast or better waffles and pancakes. I'd certainly return.

I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.
