酒店很捨得在早餐上花成本，酸奶，現磨咖啡，五穀雜糧熱飲，大蝦等等，早上在這裏吃上一頓真的很不錯。房間的礦泉水使用的是農夫山泉。酒店的01服務人員也很熱情，進門會有親切禮貌的問候聲，體驗不錯

超級超級超級滿意，滿分五分打十分，哈哈！服務超好，前台還給免費升級了房型，非常細緻。酒店環境很好，衞生也很好，早餐味道也不錯，還有水煮大蝦，基本是住過同等價位的酒店服務和環境中最好的了

1: 辦理入住時，前台小姐姐甚至都不想看你一眼，不是忙，入住時衹有我一人在辦理，很敷衍
2:中午點餐，機器人送餐，機器人故障，房門口停止一直説話
3:晚上11:30房間斷電，這個天氣温度28度，斷電意味着空調製冷不行，第一次遇到
4:早上9:30酒店工作人員敲門問退房，敲門人男性，我女性，當時未穿衣服在房間內，我説有人，這位酒店男性服務員還説：不是説退房嗎？還有人！我壓根沒説退房
5: 此類情況我退房時告知前台，前台贈予洗漱用品表示歉意，酒店斷電以及不核對客房人員訊息這是酒店管理問題
