We checked into Feilong Hotel at around 8:50 pm on March 10. At around 9:00 pm, we felt very hot and stuffy so we turned on the air conditioner to cool down and opened the windows outside. As a result, we found that the air conditioner was getting hotter and hotter. We contacted the hotel front desk and she said that the central air conditioner could not be adjusted. She asked us to turn off the air conditioner and turn it back on. We did what she said. But it still didn't work. It got hotter and hotter and the room felt suffocating. The temperature reached about 26 degrees. Later, we couldn't stand it any more, so we called the front desk and asked her to help us solve it. But she kept repeating what she said on the previous call. We tried again and it still didn't work. It should be sooner now. We looked at the room temperature and it was 25 degrees. Then she said she would find someone to help us solve it. We called the security guard who was over 60 years old downstairs. After he came up, we realized that he couldn't do it either. He kept talking as if it was our fault and that we had all kinds of people. My partner didn't say anything because he saw that she was old, so I didn't dare to say anything either. Later, my partner saw that I couldn't stand it any more, so he called the front desk again. But the front desk said that there was nothing they could do. They kept giving us a perfunctory response. It should have been two o'clock at this time. We made three calls during this period, and except for calling the security guard, no one came up to help us solve the problem. Later, we wanted to change hotels. When we were packing up, we saw the complaint phone number, so we called the headquarters. But the woman kept saying blah blah, saying that there was no way and that we couldn't just let one person do it. Then I said there was no solution, and she said no. Then I said, don't you have a fan or something? Later she said that she had called the manager here to send it to us, and then it was sent by a robot. To be honest, it is really speechless to encounter such a thing. Chinese people don’t cheat Chinese people!

The hotel laundry room is very good. The hygiene is very good. The breakfast is OK. Princess Tang at the front desk has excellent communication skills and is very enthusiastic.

The price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and hygienic. The room space design is also reasonable and not cramped. The shower water is very large and free parking is available. It is worth recommending.

Very good. The bath is very good. The environment downstairs is also very good. The room is soundproof. I asked for two new slippers and they were delivered in basically two minutes. Then check-in was also very fast. The room was clean and there was no odor. Overall, it is worth staying next time
