大床房非常劣質床硬房間環境又差，一個月前辦理的入住半個小時後就退了房，當時一直打電話問能不能退房錢，一直沒人處理，現在打個差評人馬上就來了問我為什麼現在才説，又要查定單又是説不確定是不是沒住，又説都一個月了。後來又發了按金退款時間，最後説入住了不能退。不是逗我玩嗎
