酒店不清洗床單且前台態度極其惡劣。出差前一天晚上定的酒店，第二天中午上樓的時候看酒店位置發現有優惠就重新預訂了一下（省了20元錢），剛上樓就聽前台和保潔説你看這個人，定過了圖這點錢還重新定，但是看我來也就不説了，然後第二天退房的時候，啥也沒説，等走了兩小時之後按金給我少退了20，問為什麼，揚言床單上有血跡（可能是姨媽側漏），我説那你們沒血跡你們就不用清洗了是嗎，她説那都是這樣的，我説那你們在哪裡規定了這一項，給我提供個證明我去物價局市監局問問，前台就一直大聲重複這是規定，好規定。
