- 位置優越：它位於高新區玉蘭大道3號 ，周邊交通便利，離玉蘭大道地鐵站步行1.5公里左右，大約22分鐘就能走到。附近還有多個公交站，像六十二中、豐樂河路等，能換乘653路、234路等好多公交線路，出行很方便。周圍配套設施也很齊全，不管是吃飯、購物還是辦事都很便利。
- 性價比高：價格實惠，房間空間大，整體性價比真的超高！同等價位下，這家酒店無論是房間大小還是設施配備，都比其他酒店更有優勢。
- 環境舒適：房間裏面貼有牆紙，看着乾淨又舒適。酒店整體環境很安靜，隔音效果也不錯，能讓人好好休息。走廊和公共區域打掃得也很乾凈，沒有異味。
- 服務貼心：從前台辦理入住到後續的各種需求，工作人員都能熱情周到地服務，有什麼問題都能及時解決 。入住的時候還幫忙升級了房型，超驚喜！
- 設施齊全：房間裏該有的設施一應俱全，電視、空調、熱水壺等都有，而且都能正常使用，沒有出現故障。衞生間也很乾凈，洗漱用品質量也還不錯。

房間大小還是可以的，衞生也挺好，背靠馬路的房間噪音方面控制的，晚上睡覺基本不會感覺吵附近有比較多擺攤賣吃的，這個也不錯，價格還算實惠，總體感覺還是可以的。

滿意，前台姐妹們熱情周到！房間整潔無異味，雖然前面在修路，但晚上還是很安靜的。早餐雖然簡單點了，但也就10元，可以了。來自8806房的評價，下次會再入住的！

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，圖片與房間實際一致。克服耐心熱情，分不清位置給你發導航。入住處有留言告知用品的位置WIFI以及聯繫方式，生活用品準備的很齊全，可以看出民宿的用心之處。
