Hefei Feixi Shilili Shannan Fishing Cinema Resort

This weekend trip to the Shilili B&B, which I had long admired, was a pleasant surprise. The room is very large, especially the bathroom and toilet space, and the view outside the window is refreshing. Because it was cold in the morning, I didn't want to go out for dinner, so I negotiated with the hotel to have beef noodles delivered to the room. The taste was very good and exceeded my expectations. There are also local souvenirs for you when you leave the hotel. The front desk lady Sun Ping is very warm and thoughtful, making the vacation and travel feel like a belonging. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely bring my family here to experience it again.

Feixi Shilili Resort meets my travel needs of less people, quieter and with pets within an hour's drive. After checking in, the service staff are very enthusiastic. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, good lighting, clean and hygienic, and is very suitable for quiet travel. Reading in a daze and taking the cat for a walk gave me a relaxing Dragon Boat Festival holiday. If the weather gets hot, stay there and enjoy the lotuses.

酒店免費升級了房間，房間超級大，酒店環境也很好，菜餚口味很不錯，而且餐食很精緻，吃出了高級西餐廳的感覺。稍微有些缺陷，可能是地理位置偏了些，但適合多人或者團建，衞生間的燈有點暗，對女生不友好，化粧看不見。

房間很乾凈，洗漱用品以及床上用品更換的很及時。酒店內的活動中心，工作人員很耐心，帶着小朋友可以玩半天。晚間清風，歌聲，篝火，賦予這個度假村很浪漫的色彩。晴朗夜晚的星空，星星也多，蛙鳴蟲鳴更添靜謐。是個還想讓人來的度假村。

這次兩晚上的庭院房入住還是比較輕鬆愉快的，環境很好，餐廳很好吃，有地方釣魚，庭院雖小但是坐着很愜意，適合拍照，管家服務態度很好有問必答，節日期間看得出來工作人員已經很努力了，家人有休息好，小朋友玩得很開心，所以我整體給了好評。但是！對比同價位甚至更便宜的一些民宿品牌，滿房狀態下明顯接待能量跟不上。比如説，入住快到三點鐘房間扔在打掃，辦入住的時候工作人員忙得連倒水都顧不上，從停車到入住和搬行李，也缺乏工作人員引導，晚上9點鐘洗澡到一半沒熱水洗了冷水澡，也沒有提前提示可能會有這個問題（給管家反饋了除了抱歉之外也沒有下文），晚餐餐廳很多客人等着上菜，庭院房的房間佈局不是很合理，窗簾電動紗窗有一邊是壞的，蚊蟲有點多，雖然問管家要了驅蚊液，但是這應該可以提前提供的。晚安糖水需要去餐廳自取也比較無語，活動中心活動全靠自己去詢問，宣傳上的漆扇已經不做了但是黑板上還寫的有網上也在宣傳，實際上可玩的活動不多。如果保障不了服務質量，為什麼不少開放一些房間，多專注於服務質量呢？希望未來酒店管理方可以改進吧，我覺得整體還在可接受範圍內，但也沒有宣傳得那麼好，尤其是在節假日的價格性價比不高。
