設施破舊。不好用。比如電視劇。空調。
衞生：臟亂差。
環境：一般。不隔音。
服務：服務簡直了。前台業務不熟。每次辦理入住都是磨磨唧唧。讓人等半天。沒有培訓好就別上班。幹嘛讓客人買單。

房間挺不錯的，剛住進去的時候窗簾有點壞了，不能完全遮光，但是我感覺還好就沒和前台説，但是中途我出去玩到晚上才回來，發現窗簾已經修好了，就有點驚喜吧，前台很好，有問必答。
