交通方便：門口有去天蒙景區的公交，周邊還有周邊鄉鎮的客車中專點，最方便的就是電梯直達底下停車場，夏天不用暴曬，開車4分到火車站，周邊涵蓋325個餐飲，滿足各種用餐需求，步行100米東方購物超市，滿足日常購物需求
