前台服務員很熱情，給免費升級了房型，房間很大乾淨，4樓層服務員也非常好，就是晚上房間空調出了點噪音及冷風保安來拔掉電源後好了，總體感覺性價比不錯

位置不錯，環境也好，住在五樓，可以俯瞰人工河。但是晚上感覺空氣比較差，地面跟牆面有污漬，周邊購物飲食還算便利。

酒店位置好，位於藍色港灣廣場，周邊公交便利，也是前往天蒙景區旅遊專線的始發地，出門非常方便，酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，酒店房間寬敞，基本設施齊全，性價比比較高，不足之處是早晨太簡陋了，建議直接去酒店樓下超意興餐飲店吃早餐更好。

房間很大，設施比較舊但也一直是這樣，就是這個風格。早餐太拉垮了，幾乎沒有可挑選的餘地，種類少不説每種的數量還很少，牛奶沒有了不添加，還有保温箱裏的包子等沒有了就沒有了，且不保温。早上8點半開吃的喲已經是這樣了
