酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！景區內的遊玩項目也非常不錯，尤其是石陣漂流嘎嘎好玩。

環境優美乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全，服務周到，到家的感覺，下次還去。旅遊休閑的好去處，孩子説還要去。工作人員態度很好，不怕麻煩，很有耐心，要衣服架馬上給找來幾個，服務幫幫的。

客房服務態度非常好，主動，熱情，親和力很強，房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，床睡着很舒服，淋浴出熱水也很快，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，整體來説很是滿意！

設施：房內沒有礦泉水和牙杯，其他都有。三件套我用着有些癢。
衞生：乾淨，樣板房是白色的方便打蚊子
環境：在景區裏，導航雲瀑洞天，進入景區後在燈籠的左手邊，位置不是很好找
服務：前台拿鑰匙開門進
