服務少給一顆星的原因是我詢問前台，空調不暖什麼原因，在得知我房間號後，跟我核實姓名，我很不理解我全名跟空調有啥關係。
設施少一顆星的原因是，中央空調，不怎麼暖和。

格林豪泰最差的一次，以為檔次很高，可現實很差，怪不得那麼便宜，最主要的是按金自動退回，既然兩天都沒退，要不是查看零錢記錄都沒發現沒退壓力
