連熱水都沒有，打前台找人來修也不管用冷死了跟漢庭一樣的價格啥也不行，空調直接進去跟地窖一樣

學校太熱，想着出來住一晚，酒店設施衞生和價格相匹配，住的是標間，到半夜一直聽到ktv唱歌聲，隔壁房間吵鬧聲也很清楚，隔音太差，忘帶耳塞沒有睡好

是真的很差，房間衹有兩瓶水可以喝，讓服務員再送一瓶水上來，前台説酒店衹免費提供兩瓶水，再想喝水還得下樓自己花錢去買，真是頭一次見。早上想再用條浴巾，打電話給前台，前台説酒店衹免費提供兩條乾淨的浴巾，溝通了半天最後前台真是很難為情的説，那就多給你送一條浴巾吧!!讓我震驚
