We stayed 4 nights during Easter 1 double room [306] 1 fliar apartment for 4 [102] 1 connected apartment for 5 [301 and 305] The cleaning is not optimal, there were fungi in the bathroom, the ceiling was all badly repaired, with putty msl put. The doors stained with splatters. In apartment 102, which in theory was for 4, there were 2 plates and 2 forks, that was the equipment for eating and there was not even a closet or drawer to put clothes [we asked for it and they gave us a TV cabinet] There was no backrest bed in any of the contracted rooms. Finite sheets of very poor quality. The quality of the showers was non-existent, the water came out splashing everywhere, everything was full of tartar, fungi and at some moments the water took a long time to come out hot. Shampoo and conditioner in sachets that you can't even comb your hair because they are so bad. Towels torn, stained, the hand towels are a towel cut in half frayed, they never replace towels according to the amount we had in each room. Curtains that are not black out and as soon as it dawns all the light comes in. Pillows 5 cm thick and 1 per person. Cleaning until 11 only, so if you want to leave later, you will be left without cleaning. Pool in poor condition. Abandoned barbecue without any elements and it looks like a warehouse because it is full of stacked tables, mattresses. Breakfast with strange croissants, artificial juice and always the same cakes. In short, it is a very nice place on the outside and with little investment, it would be a great place, they charge it as premium, but it is not. If you get demanding you should be asking all the time for what in theory, when you pay you are entitled, there are things that you let go, because we are going to enjoy it, but they should make sure that each room is clean, in good condition and that they look like I don't reserve, because having seen the reality we didn't fall there, there were children and cleanliness is something that cannot be faulted, as well as comfort. I highlight above all the friendliness of the staff. I wouldn't go back, I only went because it was the only place where I got availability, but they sent some photos that are nothing like what we were in and the value was very expensive [40% more than in the next complex, which It is of the same level and much more complete]

A nice place, very well located with a lake view and very close to the hot springs (rear entrance). Very clean, nothing more sweet breakfast, no fruits, but abundant. Very good cash price. Very friendly staff attention

We were passing through coming back from the falls, the room really doesn't look a bit like the one in the photos. It does not measure the meters it reports. It lacks maintenance and is really ugly.
