The Hotel name can be confusing as it displays two names 1. EconoLodge 2. Rodeway nevertheless, the room I stayed in was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It has all the basic requirements in the room a traveler may need. The location is a little way out of town but there are a few restaurants nearby.

This place could easily be closer to 4 stars, but it needs some work, especially if they're going to charge $115/night. My main issue is the cleanliness of the floors. They seem to sweep, but if you walk around barefooted or in socks, your feet will quickly turn brown as it's evident they have not mopped the floors in forever. They also don't have cribs as their website promised when I booked, so make sure you have your own bedding if you have small kid(s) (as I do). The room doors also don't have safety locks/latches, so my inquisitive 2 year old could easily get out of the room. We ended up having to put a table in front of the door to block it so she couldn't get out. Some of the furniture/bedding had some stains and either needs to be better cleaned or replaced. All of these are pretty easy fixes, so hopefully they'd consider making the improvements in the future. I had to laugh because there is a sign in the breakfast area asking patrons to not bring food back to the room for concerns over room cleanliness. Please practice what you preach. As for the staffing, they're friendly but lack some professional courtesies. We were awoken by one of the cleaning staff loudly talking on speaker phone. Again, with better training perhaps, this could be an easy fix. As for the positives, the breakfast was adequate for a quick overnight stay type place, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bath towels were soft, the shower itself was clean, the fridge had a decent enough sized freezer to put some ice packs and food, and overall I felt reasonably safe in the area. The first room they put us in had a broken fridge, but they were able to easily put us in another room, so I at least respect their ability to problem-solve. Overall, if you're looking for a place to crash for the night, this could be an OK option, but just know what you're getting for your money.

The rooms although not the most up to date we’re clean and cozy the beds provided more comfort than I expected, there were no bugs that we saw of throughout our stay which thrilled me even more that being a concern when I stay away from home anywhere. The housekeeping lady Yunis made sure we always got our towels in the morning and we had everything we would need for our stay. She was very gentle but sweet and her manners were very hospitable. The best part of all is that we earned points to use toward free nights with choice hotels. Management was awesome and my only complaint would be the front desk lady at night Ms. Yolanda, she is very fake and rude! She greets with a smile and talks as I’d she has manners but also snatched Money out of hand on multiple Occasions in addition to messing up my information for My booking multiple times. I have also had the issue of coming to get my key remade and had to come back twice more to make have it redone because she didn’t do something right but was quick to blame the door battery which worked perfectly fine after management had my key reset. That following morning after paying for My Room with Ms.Yolanda, it was bought to my attention she billed the wrong room instead of my room which again management quickly corrected! She needs to be addressed for her lack of detail because it shows otherwise, my stay was great and the location was of Convenience to get around town and avoid traffic as much as possible!

Had stayed here before and booked again for our ride home from Florida. Requested an accessible room which was perfect for my Mom. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast wasn't bad but could have been a little better (remember mini omelets before). Would stay again.

Made reservation 3 days ahead of time. Specifically asked for handicap room. When arrived on Saturday about 5 :30 PM I was informed that room has SOME KIND OF PLUMBING problems. Due to my fractured back problem I needed to be on the first floor since there is no elevators.They show me another room and I asked to see it. Once the door was open the the smell was so strong and horrible, I literally run out! It would be totally impossible to stay there. They had my phone number but never notified the room would NOT be available. I have never experience anything like that. Apparently some sort of convention was going on in Fayetteville that weekend and all the hotels raised their prices a lot! I was waiting for some answers but computers were down and I ended up driving on US 95 north for an hour and a half till I found more or less acceptable room. It was already 9:30 pm. They put me through hell and I will NEVER again stay in this hotel! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH RESERVATION!!!!!!

This room I had was nice and quiet away from the main road, it was reasonably well maintained and clean, although there was a shortage of power outlets easily overcome by double adapters. It's only a 2-level hotel hence no elevator. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good. It was about 2-3min walk from a Bar Restaurant which was convenient.

The motel room smelled like ****, inside and out. There were stains and peeling paint all over the walls. The only decent thing about this place was the free breakfast. Only stay here if it’s the last resort.
