My stay at the Quality Inn wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The person that checked me in, asked for my DL, phone number, email and the last four digits of the card that I used on line to pay for the room. My issue was, the person verified me with my DL, phone number and email. That should have been enough especially since the room was already paid. If I wasn't able to give that person the last four of the card that was used to pay for the room, that person would not have given me a paid room. I find this unacceptable since the person had already verified who I was. It wasn't necessary for me to then, tell this person the last four digits of my card. This person also didn't inform me of the breakfast in the morning. Since this was not my first time staying there, I knew it was available but I still wasn't informed about breakfast. Also right outside my room people were smoking cigarettes in a non smoking area of the hotel. Overall, this just wasn't a good stay.
