We are only 2 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus and the Downtown Fayetteville Square! We recently added a brand new HOT TUB for guests to enjoy year round! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Bird House!This is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept making it perfect for entertaining. Your kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there are also 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Downstairs you also have a half bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The large screen smart TV is ready for streaming movies or the big game in the living room. Additional smart TVs are in each of the bedrooms. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with outdoor seating, charcoal grill and of course the hot tub. The backyard is large and flat making it perfect for tailgate games or just enjoying the lawn and view of large mature trees behind you.
