I booked a room at the Rose House Inn Bed and Breakfast - due to a scheduling conflict I had to cancel. The advertisements on their web site state "Full Refund" and that is partially true. I received a full refund from Rose House but their reservations service billed me $19.99 non-refundable fee! I believe the words "full refund" need to be clarified!

My son has recently moved to the area, and this was the perfect place to spend the night. It was conveniently located. Communication was great. I hade everything I needed and was very comfortable. I definitely will stay there again when visiting Fayette.

We stayed in the “cottage.” Very cute room. Extra clean. Patricia was extremely nice and helpful. Had a continental breakfast rather than traditional but lots of options, some fruit that the other guests ate. Beds were very comfy. I would recommend this place.

This home was built in 1898, so it has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of renovations to add AC, etc. Comfortable rooms, a great front porch for coffee in the morning, and excellent service. We'll be back.
