Nido Del Pellegrino

1 star for the welcome and the staff who do their best despite unsanitary rooms unworthy of welcoming the public! DON’T RELY ON THE PICTURES! The bedroom wall was unused due to the humidity, the outdoor armchairs were completely rusty, the shower joints were yellowish… in short, despite paying for 3 nights, we only stayed one night!! And impossible to get a refund!

In my previous review, which she promptly had trip advisor cancel, judging it harmful to your reputation, I simply limited myself to describing how things went in our case after arriving at the facility. It will be your future guests who will judge whether my feedback is true or not. I continue to notice a certain presumption in his attitude, typical of someone who attacks to defend himself just like he did when we spoke on the phone. Tell me if your statement in the last part of the response to my review "and we do not rule out taking other measures" is not threatening!!! But what other measures do you want to take if you didn't listen to even one of my reasons and promptly charged the full amount of the stay of € 785.00 for three nights, excuse me???? Do you think you are competitive with the other facilities on Favignana with the services you offer? The least I could have done was a bad review!!!! The fact that you tell me that I haven't contacted you for clarifications honestly makes me smile a little! I contacted you twice to get information, in both cases you responded hastily that you were overworked, so I WRONGLY trusted the positive reviews. I will therefore report our experience again: The site is extremely misleading, we are talking about a structure on a promontory overlooking the sea, therefore, reading the description of the accommodation, one expects panoramic rooms where the gaze spans the sea and not the slope stony of a promontory. Only an accommodation detached from the structure, is oriented towards the sea, while the site speaks of "junior suite and deluxe suite (the one I thought I had booked) with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea" and all the photos of the exteriors show the same terrace on the sea. Due to the non-existence of dividers between the rooms there is a total lack of privacy!!! Furthermore, considering the distance of the structure from the inhabited center, not even a simple mineral water dispenser is provided, but we were greeted with 3 small bottles of water, inside the apar**ent's fridge, barely enough for the first half hour of stay, given the heat of this period. Speaking of the notorious and exclusive access to the sea, it can be reached after a long descent through the scrub, without steps and/or safety railings. Only when we reach the end of the descent do we begin to see 3 platforms with a negligible number of sunbeds, insufficient to accommodate the guests of the structure at a time like this, so we were forced to climb back up with difficulty and danger among the scrub. Strongly disappointed we immediately looked for another structure and left. After a rebound of phone calls we reached the manager (I think) because, among other things

Ci sono luoghi speciali, difficili da valutare facendo riferimento ai parametri classici. Uno di questi è il "Nido del pellegrino". I servizi ci sono tutti, la struttura è bella pulita funzionale. Ma a una settimana dal nostro soggiorno sull'isola quel che rimane addosso, indelebile, è altro. E' l'incanto dei blu e dei turchesi di un mare che pare dipinto, è il giardino di fichi d'India che è proprio lì, fuori dalla finestra della stanza. E' una stradina che ti conduce su una terrazza naturale con una vista che commuove tanto è bella. Il nido del pellegrino è un luogo di pace dove è facile sentirsi in armonia con la natura, è il posto perfetto per vivere in tutta la sua meraviglia Favignana.

Il luogo è mozzafiato,il tutto è molto curato, l appartamento è grande,confortevole, rifinito non con piastrelle cinesi,con capaci armadi e due piccoli giardini privati esclusivi.con ka bici elettrica risulta vicino al porto e alla cittadina.di giorno è stupendo, di notte favoloso.

Très belle chambre, avec une grande partie salon cuisine. Le logement demande une rénovation assez importante, notamment la salle de bain ou le bidet fuit, le tuyau de douche est percé, le crépis se détache. Attention, l établissement ne propose aucun service de location de vélo!

Non saprei trovare qualcosa che non andava durante il nostro soggiorno al Nido del Pellegrino. La struttura è bellissima con il personale gentile e simpatico. Nonostante non siamo stati aiutati dal tempo ( pioggia e vento ci hanno accompagnati tutta la settimana) abbiamo comunque girato l'isola con lei nostre bici e trovavano riparo nel Nido in un ambiente accogliente e bellissimo. Speriamo rimanga così! Ci torneremo.
