Reception: we had booked a 3-person room with two beds. Got a room with one bed. After a while, after complaints, they split the bed into two and arranged new bedding. Pool: we wanted to have a pre-dinner drink in the poolbar. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to serve us. Dinner: Unexperienced staff were hovering over us all the time. At one point two people were standing 20 cms from the table just looking at us. When we actually needed help from them they had to ask the head waiter for everything who walked around like some petty king pretending to manage a fine dining establishment. He insisted to speak English to us which was completely un-understandable - although we speak good Italian. We ordered wine by the glass - got ca 7-8 cl at the bottom of a wineglass. I asked for more and then got to pay for ” double portion”. In total very pretentious and overpriced compared to the quality of the food. Breakfast: Decent breakfast buffet but again the staff were beginners and had (another) pretentious petty king telling them what to do. Although it was a buffet you had to wait in line to point at what you wanted, bread, cheese, everything. Even in the most luxurious of hotels that does never happen /Maria

The hotel is situated in a quiet side of the island and away from the hustle of the town. Rooms are comfortable and the air-conditioning works perfectly. A comfortable pool with a well-stocked bar. However if you plan to go about think about transport because taxis are difficult to get. I have to mention the staff of the hotel here because they just can't do enough for you and are always ready to help with a big smile.

The hotel is nicely designed and located in a former quarry. The bar service and the pool were wonderful, as was the selection at breakfast. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is located several kilometers outside the town - and the only place to rent bicycles or motorbikes is in town. Because of it's location, the hotel might consider renting bicycles themselves, as the coordination of arrival and getting transportation were rather inconvenient.

Wonderful location, clean and welcoming rooms, classy furnishings. The kitchen and the maître Graziano know how to put at ease and satisfy even the most difficult customers. An experience of relaxation and good food to be repeated for sure

Great and special place. Reachable by motorbike, near the cala azzurra beach. Ideal hotel for couples and families. Good breakfast, but I would have added some typical Sicilian food. Staff all very kind and helpful. I recommend to everyone!

Excelente opção para uma visita a Favignana, construído numa antiga pedreira oferece uma experiência incrivel que permite aos hospedes entrar em contacto com a história da ilha. Incrível localização apesar de ligeiramente afastado do centro de Favignana (+/- 3km) e esse será o único ponto menos positivo que é facilmente mitigado com o transfer oferecido pelo hotel mas isso também garante o sossego e tranquilidade. Dispõe no hotel para aluguer de scooter ou bicicletas, o melhor meio de transporte para conhecer a ilha uma vez que a ilha para além de pequena é basicamente plana(exceção é o castelo). A zona da piscina é ampla, com um belo bar de apoio e espreguicadeiras e espaço suficiente para que todos os hospedes estejam confortáveis. Ao contrário da ilha é um espaço muito bem cuidado e limpo!

Struttura bella, accogliente, tranquilla, curata e pulita negli spazi comuni con stanze semplici ma spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort necessario (es. aria condizionata, televisore, wifi). Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale super gentile dalle ragazze della reception ai camerieri in sala sia a colazione che a cena (davvero davvero carini e cortesi tutti) fino ai ragazzi del bar della piscina. Ci è piaciuto il contesto, l'atmosfera, il cibo (ottime le pietanze della cena con nulla da invidiare rispetto ai ristoranti dell'isola) e abbiamo usufruito anche dello scooter elettrico che non ci ha dato pensieri e ci ha portato ovunque in giro per Favignana. Grazie per la bellissima vacanza, torneremo senz'altro e consiglieremo agli amici questo hotel.

Dalle foto e dalle recensioni mi aspettavo di più da questo hotel. È sicuramente scenografico, suggestivo in questa ex cava e ben arredato negli esterni. Zona piscina e ristorante molto carine. Le note dolenti cominciano dalle camere, non so se tutte ma sicuramente quella capitata a me non era da 4 stelle. Al piano 0, dall'ingresso della struttura, al piano terra, piccola, minimal, senza un armadio né un posto per le valigie. Pulizia abbastanza buona. Il ristorante è mediocre, buoni i piatti tipici siciliani ma assolutamente scarsi quelli di pesce. Colazione nella norma, dolci buoni, salati quasi nulli. Personale: alcuni gentili altri non molto, soprattutto alla reception.

Ferragosto a Favignana con pernotto in questo hotel unico nel suo genere perché costruito dentro ad una ex cava. Scenico ma piu bello l'esterno che le camere! Staff non tutto professionale: ok quello della reception e piscina ,meno l'addetto al noleggio scooter e alla colazione.
