This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it is more like a 3- stars hotel with a bad breakfast. The infrastructure is ok for a 3 stars hotel: clean, everything you need, zero charm. They sell a room with “see view” but is actually a partial see view. You need to open your window and look to the one of your sides (left or right). If you look straight you’ll have the view of another room/building. The room is also pretty noise, specifically if you pick the one on the second floor, which is below the breakfast room. They make a lot of noise during the night organizing the tables. The restaurant in front of the hotel also has live music until midnight. And it is LOUD. The service when you arrive is nice. They pick you up at the port and help with your luggage.

We had such a wonderful experience here. The views and location can't be beat, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this property located near the sea and the center.. The structure is beautiful, very clean.. Excellent services.. Bicycle rental on site.. The breakfast is something fabulous with a crazy view.. The staff is very kind as is the owner with whom I had the opportunity to chat about the beautiful ceramics found inside the hotel. I can highly recommend this facility. Heartfelt congratulations to everyone!

The hotel rooms are large, clean, perhaps a little humid, but the air conditioning solves that. The breakfast is abundant, quality products and with a wonderful sea view. The staff is very courteous and helpful, but the services are exceptional. Free shuttle to and from the port, slippers and towels in the room and also for the sea, free shuttle to the Lido Burrone beach, discounted bicycle service that takes them directly to the hotel. But the best thing is at check out, when, in addition to the luggage storage service, if you want to have another day at the beach before the ferry leaves, there is a dedicated area where you can shower and shampoo. and they do everything for you again: towels, hairdryer, etc. Truly extraordinary!

nice, fairly new hotel facing the sea but unfortunately you cannot sleep after 7.30 in the morning because there is a lot of noise coming from the breakfast room and ringing telephones. Polite and friendly staff, normal sweet and salty breakfast

Everything excellent from the location to the personsle and the service offered. It is the only hotel I have found that gives you the possibility of using a support room to change and also take a shower before departure when you have already left the room and have your luggage in the storage room Extremely available for all needs and requests.
