Delightful Stay! I have stayed at many VRBOs, but this beats them all. From a chilled bottle of wine to an unopened carton of half and half, everything we could want was there. And Liz was seamless in her communications and quickly answered my emails, texts, and a single phone call. I hope I have another excuse to visit so I can stay there again!

Felt like the cottage from the movie, "The Holiday" Cozy and romantic. This is a beautifully appointed historical cottage fit for the pages of Architectural Digest. The cottage has high-end amenities and all the comforts of a luxury hotel. The home is stocked with everything you may need. I felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Highly recommend.

Adorable place We were looking for a quiet, long weekend away and that’s just what we got. Check in/out was a breeze! We had everything we needed and more. Our only complaint was the yard isn’t fenced in enough for our pup. Definitely need a more secure fence being right on the road at an intersection. Outside of that, our stay was beautiful. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect base for our weeklong stay! We were looking for the perfect place to stay during our week in hunt country- convenient to the farm where we kept our horses and the restaurants in Middleburg. This exceeded our expectations. This house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated. Its cozy, traditional vibe meshes perfectly with its modern updates. There are thoughtful touches everywhere- from a large selection of coffees, to the working fireplace, and many more. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. We woke up each morning feeling totally refreshed and ready to tackle the day. And the hosts Nick and Liz were lovely- they were very attentive, gave great recommendations and took great care to ensure everything with our stay went smoothly. We will definitely come back to the Atoka House on our next visit to Middleburg.

1800's Historic, Restored Home, outside Middleburg VA Perfect getaway cottage in the middle of VA horse & wine country. It was our first visit to Middleburg, but it won't be our last. The historic property and its attention to details, was impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The property mgr. was top notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing!! This is the most charming, quaint, beautiful VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! The restoration of this incredible property was obviously a labor of love, every single detail was considered and the end result is just perfect! We had everything we needed in terms of amenities and Nick provided such great recommendations for restaurants and wineries nearby. If you have a chance to visit this beautiful part of Virginia we’d highly recommend staying at the Atoka House!
