Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again

The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute ! It was amazing ! People were lovely and anything we needed help with such as public transport or ordering a taxi they were happy to help. We booked breakfast included which was definitely worth it as the breakfast had a variety of options and it was delicious. The location of the hotel wasn’t in the central of Pisa but still a great place to have it and a bus stop is right outside the hotel so once we had figured out the bus system it was super useful. Overall a great hotel and great customer service.

we stayed here for one night - it's an ok hotel, walking distance from the train station which was a priority for us. The rooms were clean and in reasonable order and the breakfast was good. The one issue for us was the noise of the elevator - we were in room 112 which is located next to the elevator shaft - it was noisy as the lift seemed to be operating throughout the night.

One of the most positive notes of this hotel is certainly represented by the staff who are very kind and professional in the reception. The furniture is elegant, the room in which we stayed was quite wide, the bed and the comfortable couchs. The room was blind but the air conditioning was well functioning. In general, it was quite comfortable, although sleep was a little disturbed by a little too intense smells, present in the room and some night clacson (but it was feragost). The style of the outdoor bar where breakfast is made does not reflect the style of the hotel.

The hotel is within a shopping center which is very convenient. Free parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is ok, not too many choices but it s enaugh.
