Lovely overnight stay in this hotel near the sanctuary, very friendly staff and met the delightful owner Dona Emelia, Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Modern bar and restaurant, serving a set menu priced dinner, which was not only amazingly good value for money but also really tasty traditional Portuguese fare.

Check in with rude and ineffective staff, unfriendly and rude receptionist. Dirty and dusty room, terrible breakfast service, limited ration and no possibility of repeating it. Complaint about the room was made but the Brazilian receptionist, who didn't know what a dirty room was, had to say dirty room. Terrible service for a 3 star hotel. Worst hotel in Fátima we have ever been to.

One of the many 3* hotels in Fátima. Hotel located in the northern part, approximately 560m from the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary. Family meeting and it was possible to reserve 10 rooms, practically all on the same floor. Very good amenities, from the beds, to the room linen and bathrooms! Dinner and breakfast very well prepared, and varied in relation to breakfast. Friendliness of the entire staff. Very good value for money! Recommended for anyone who wants to stay a weekend or longer in Fátima!

Hotel bem localizado. Tivemos a opção do jantar. Ementa fixa caso fiquem mais do que uma noite. Pouca variedade de escolha. Havia imenso barulho no restaurante e ninguem do staff intervinha. (Quando digo barulho... Parecia um jardim zoológico) .

Olá, para um hôtel de 3 estrelas deixa muito a desejar, limpeza e pequeno - almoço. Limpeza não muita higiénico , ao pequeno - almoço tudo contado, onde estive a certeza da rapariga que não saber o que estava a servir, quando dirigindo se a minha mesa com dois jarros, onde um deles continha leite e outro café, eu por saúde não poder beber café, pergunto se tinha cevada como "Pensal". No meu espanto quando a rapariga me respondeu que o que tinha no jarro era cevada e eu disse lhe se estava a brincar, pois tinha dito café e café não têm nada haver com cevada a rapariga me respondeu que era os dois no mesmo jarro. Enfim ( talvez o Português não seja igual ao brasileiro)

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, as instalações são boas e o pequeno-almoço foi agradável. De toda a minha apreciação positiva quanto ao hotel, só tenho a ressaltar uma coisa que não achei tão positivo... Os lençóis tinham cabelos. Ao deitar-me reparei que tinham cabelos por baixo do travesseiro... Tirando isso, estava tudo impecável!

Hotel bem localizado atrás da basílica antiga. Bom pequeno almoço. Quartos razoáveis. Armário com alguns anos e evidentes sinais de envelhecimento. Quando reservamos por telefone foi-nos dito que a noite seria por 80€, porém quando chegámos ao hotel foi-nos comunicado que seria 90€. Ora pela plataforma "booking" ficaria por 86€ a noite preço final e o hotel nao receberia a totalidade desse valor porque teria que pagar a comissão à "Booking". Aconselho a reservarem diretamente com o hotel por escrito ( email ) onde conste o preço da estadia, pois "borrar a cara" por 10€ afasta clientes, pela atitude do hotel.

Excelente atendimento, chegamos muito para lá da hora combinada para fazer o check in (já eram 23:00), excelente recepção sem grandes dificuldades é muito rápida. Pequeno almoço muito bom para o tipo de hotel, obrigado a todo o staff pela estadia proporcionada
