I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. I kept receiving confirmation emails after booking, but they told us on the day of check-in that there were no rooms left for us because the hotel was over-booked. But I saw many groups checking in. I didn’t believe the hotel’s lies. It almost happened. Several elderly people are going to live on the streets

Hotel Cruz Alta is located close to the bus station, so you can easily get there on foot. The basilica is even closer :-) and can be reached in a few minutes. The location of the hotel is therefore ideal.
The room we occupied was large and comfortable. The only thing missing in the room was a cordless kettle to make evening tea.
But most importantly, the beds were very comfortable, there was no outside noise in the room, and the room and all public areas were very clean.
We also liked the breakfast very much - everything was tasty and fresh.
The reception staff was also very nice and helpful. We were given a map of the city and all the necessary information.
So from our experience I can recommend Hotel Cruz Alta.

I love that the cathedral is close by. The rooms are also comfortable and clean. Restaurants are not too far away, making it ideal for those coming on a pilgrimage. I recommend it
