My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to request a change. Despite my understanding that the reservation was non-refundable, I politely inquired about the possibility of a refund or cancellation. The hotel owner initially seemed accommodating, suggesting the potential for a refund if I cancelled first and if the room was then rebooked. However, after canceling my reservation as per their instructions, they refused to provide a refund even after the room later became unavailable meaning it had been booked by other guests, despite indicating otherwise. That means they double-dipped, taking both my money and new guest's for the same night. If they declined my request, there was still a chance that I could stay at their hotel. Their communication was misleading and inconsistent, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances, they ultimately failed to honor their commitment. This experience reflects poorly on the hotel's integrity and customer service. I strongly advise potential guests to beware of their deceptive practices and lack of accountability.
