In general, it was nice and we were satisfied, but the lack of air conditioning in the room was a big drawback. Also, the bathroom drain was clogged and the bathroom door lock was faulty, it was difficult to close and sometimes it would not close at all.

Herşey çok güzeldi fakat havuz koymuşlar çocuk havuzu gibi 7/24 ses gürültü odalar havuz yanı birdaha tutacak olursam tercih etmem çocuk sesinden kıreş gibi olmuş biraz en üst katta bile çocuk sesleri geliyor bu otele gelme sebebimiz kafa dinlemek…… harici Herşey çok güzeldi..

Otele geç giriş ve erken çıkış yapacak olmanın rahatlığı ile bir rezervasyon yapmıştık. Ancak otel kısmen konumu dışında hiçbir şekilde sitede anlatılan özellikleri taşımıyor.
Öncelikle 102 nolu oda havuz manzaralı olarak geçiyor, ancak bir süs havuzunu yandan görebiliyor. Üstelik odanın konumlandırması, aynı kattaki diğer oda ile ortak alan kullanıldığı için mahremiyete çok da uygun değil. Bizi şok eden bu devirde halen bir otel odasında klimanın bulunmaması. Bu odada klima bulunmuyormuş. Bu durumu açıkçası rezervasyon yaptırırken çok dikkate almamıştık, çünkü otel vasfına sahip işletmelerde halen klimasız oda olduğunun farkında değildik. Diğer yandan odada çalışan bir tv de mevcut değil. Kanal ayarlaması yapılmamış ve yapılmaya çalışıldığında da uydu sistemi ile ilgili bir arıza çıkıyor. Otel işleticileri sanki odadaki soğutma sorunu ve tv ile ilgili konulardan ilk kez haberdar olmuşçasına davrandılar; bu da açıkçası bizleri biraz şaşırttı. Bunların dışında odada bir minibar ya da buzdolabı da yok. Diğer odaları görmediğim için otel geneli için yorum yapamayacağım.
Banyoda saç kurutma makinası da mevcut değil.
Otel sahiplerinin engellemesini çok da bekleyemeyeceğimiz çeşitli sinek ve haşerat da odada mevcut. Ancak bu konuda onları çok suçlayamam, çünkü klima olmadığı için odada kalanlar tarafından oda sürekli havalandırılıyor olmalı. Son olarak hızlı bir biçimde oteli terk etmek zorunda kaldığımız için kahvaltı konusunda bir değerlendirme yapamıyoruz.
Açıkçası düşük beklentilerimizin de çok altında bir durum ile karşılaştık. Rezervasyon yaparken bu anlatıları göz önünde bulundurun.
