The hotel was ok but I think they could you better for the breakfast items as It was the same 3 day I was there and I wasn’t very happy but I ate as not much to eat there

Fabulous!
Very nice resort. We enjoyed our stay...very very clean..great services. Dinners were out of this world! Great breakfast too! The pool...oh the pool...absolutely fantastic! Will definitely return!

In 2/2024 I booked a room for 6/2024. In 4/2024 I had to cancel my reservation. This was well within their cancellation refund deadline policy. They told me that they would refund my deposit, but they said they could not do it on my credit card. They asked for my bank account information, so they could transfer the money directly into my bank account. I provided them all of the requested information and they finally said my refund was in process & would hit in a couple of days. It’s two weeks later and still no refund…and they are not responding to my emails. Their terrible lying & customer service has left me no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card and to share my concerns in reviews. Please beware if you make a deposit on your credit card as they don’t honor their own cancellation refund policy. Give your business to a more trustworthy resort….there are many other nice options in the area.

The hotel is good but not luxurious. Quite isolated. Taxi to Fasano 35 Euros for a short distance, walking about 40 mins. Shuttle goes once a day at 7pm and returns at 10pm. Not great. Staff a bit grumpy and there were not enough staff when we were there. Rooms not cleaned that thoroughly. Rooms a bit dark and basic, far from luxurious! Gardens well kept and lovely, so was the swimming pool. Pity it rained a lot. Food good, amazing breakfasts! A regular taxi service would help.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The room was large and clean. There was a good selection at breakfast and we ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was good. It was very quiet when we were there so not much atmosphere (although not a problem for us). Be mindful that the hotel is quite isolated so a car is needed really if you want to get out and explore.

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a tour organised by Cox & Kings. Pros - Nice, lovely grounds - Large infinity pool - Good breakfast buffet - Delicious dinner Cons - Remote location - Service patchy especially at the bar. There was a wedding on one night and we were expected to make separate arrangements for dinner. Seriously? What kind of hotel tells its guests - sorry we can’t serve you food because we have a wedding to cater for. Not acceptable. - Rooms very basic in their appointment - there’s a difference between “rustic” and “rudimentary” - this place falls into the latter category. - Shower good pressure but needs deep clean - No sense of accountability for customer satisfaction - you raise an issue but the staff is entirely indifferent to your needs. Wouldn’t choose nor stay here again. So many alternative options in region.

This hotel is a little bit outside the town of Fasano and you need to be aware that, if you're driving, your satnav may end you to the rear of the site which is closed to the public. The setting is lovely, with lots of fruit trees of all kinds but pomegranates being the most prolific during our stay and they also seem to have escaped the disease which wiped out the olive groves in several of the other places we visited. The staff are friendly and helpful and my grateful thanks go to the management who quickly sought help during a minor health issue that I experienced. The food both for dinner and at breakfast time is very good both in variety and quality. The bedroom was clean and comfortable but a bit minimalist and it would have been nice to have had a few softer touches. The pool area is also very clean but please, if you go in September, do remember to take some insect repellent as there are some rather bloodthirsty little insects around there.

Stayed here for three nights and had the most wonderful time. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The staff are incredible. Friendly, incredibly helpful and fun! From Serena teaching us how to make the perfect Negroni to all the waiting staff helping us choose the perfect wine and food. The restaurant is very well priced for the wonderful quality of food and wine. It’s in a great location, just 5 minutes drive from Savelletri. A beautiful fishing port with great restaurants, as long as you like fish! Would highly recommend.
