It was the worse over night stay I have had there, the noise in the hallway from 1am to 3:30 am, then every time the elevator opened and shut you could hear in the room. Then someone complained about the room above them with loud noises which if the staff had bothered to come up to the floor they would have seen it wasn’t my room causing the ruckus it was the people around me and in the hallway. I had my great niece with me with the noise it made it very hard to get a good night sleep.

A good location to the area restaurants.
The room was "okay" the floors were not clean.
TV did not work.
Front desk staff was too busy to check this for me.
Otherwise, its was okay.

We had an accessible double room with a walk-in shower and a shower bench, which was great, except that there was inadequate water pressure to use the handheld shower head effectively. The room was clean but lacked adequate tabletop space and had only one small side chair. We arrived in the evening so went to a drive-thru to pick up food and bring it back to the room. I used the chair and a small narrow-width moveable "table" on wheels to eat my food. My stepdaughter sat on the floor to eat her food as she didn't want to risk getting fried chicken and other food residue on the white bedspread. The only hanger rod in the room that was tall enough to hang my long dresses had the microwave and refrigerator under it, so my dresses covered them up. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was certainly adequate.

The hotel itself was fone. It was the guests in the room above who stomped around at 4 jn the morning, waking us up every single morning we were there got no rest at all, aftet driving 15 hours

Overall the property was great. Well maintained and clean. There were a couple of things that could have been better. Although the English breakfast was very nice the staff took way too long on replenishing certain items like eggs. When they did they were cold.The 24 hour coffee tea service was very nice. My biggest issue I had was the noise level from the hallways at 6 am. The walls were not insulated on the interior. I would stay there again. Great value for the money.
