Hampton Inn & Suites Farmington

The staff was very friendly the check in was very quick. The Breakfast was very good however the bacon and sausage was gone before the 9AM people got there and was not refilled and the coffee pots were also empty.

People were very nice. Breakfast wasn’t great. Local restaurant is good. Thanks This app needs improvement. After typing, there should be a submit button.

There was a problem with the heater unit in my room. The manager of the hotel came up within minutes and because the maintenance guy was at a training session, arranged for me to change rooms immediately. Very professional and courteous.

Like most chain hotels in Farmington, this seems to have been built in anticipation of a city sprawl which hasn't happened. You'll have to drive to everything. Found a few fit and finish issues with our room but they weren't a deterrent. Of more concern was the side door by the pool which didn't open with the key card from the outside and didn't latch securely if it wasn't manually closed. It was frequently not closed when we used it. Selected this property because it was the only hotel in the area with an operating pool and spa. While they certainly were in operation, I was surprised to find that while sitting on the edge of the spa my hands stuck to the paint on the coping and paint was on my hands when I stood up. The property is adequate and allowed us to enjoy a memorable vacation but I would choose somewhere else if their pool and spas were open.

The staff were very helpful. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. It would be 5 stars if there was free wifi and better television choices.

Its a beautiful hotel for the price. Breakfast was great and the room was very nice and spacious. The downsides, there were some tares in the carpet and it's located in a industrial area otherwise it would be perfect. We will definitely be back.

Staff was great. An older place, beds are old (in my room anyway), pull out sofa bed is very thin.

The hotel was somewhat outdated but clean and our suite was huge. Bed, comfortable and nice linens. All of the staff were wonderful

Huge room. 205. But the beds are like trampolines, just turning over makes them bounce. Ridiculous! Not a great bed, nor are the linens or pillows any good. Hard. Noisy heating /cooling system. Huge chip on the tub. Someone needs to go out and buy some white epoxy repair paint.
