the lobby and everywhere is dark, interior renovation is old, elevators broken, and room not so comfortable, only parking is convenient...

This hotel is very nice and the people are very kind. I will definitely be back if I need to come to Dallas again.  I didn’t not have any issues at all. Thank you so much for letting 

We were very happy with everything. Our room was clean, front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

I was going to a business conference across the street so for me personally the location could not have possibly been any better. As far as going out to do other things it was a little out of the way but it wasn’t too far from anything either. You can tell they did renovations and I think for the most part they did the best they could have done. Low ceilings in some parts of the hotel. There was a lot to offer there at the hotel w the and restaurant, there was even a Halloween costume party. 

Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at.


The room is large, there is free parking, good value for money
