Idk what but anjali made the stay something very special. She did so many special things for me and my friend. And also the f&b manager who gave us discounts. The entire team of f&b and front desk also housekeeping were very great. Definitely coming for longer stays.

Booked 4 rooms on a lean day to enjoy the pre diwali party with the entire family which rather turned out to be a nightmare! To start with, the booking was done with breakfast and one major buffet meal included which staff was totally unaware of! Food quality was PATHETIC in the restaurant.. it was tasteless, flavourless and for some reason very high on salt. The restaurant team took over 3 hours to NOT fully serve our lunch. Staff in the restaurant was equally confused and lost throughout!!! Raised all the issues to the senior leadership of the hotel including the official booking partner (not mentioning names to respect privacy) who confirmed to get back but she never did till date! One of the senior directors of room called to check but that was even after wasting the entire day.. all in all, very clueless staff from top to bottom and NO ACCOUNTABILITY at all! The entire day one just went into discussions rather than enjoying the property! There's no point of shelling out soo much for such a property when there are so many better options available nearby!! Never expected this out of a Marriott resort!! Piece of advice: If you still want to book and stay, it's better to order lunch/dinner from a nearby local dhabas or KFC or barbeque nation than wasting money here on the food and poor hospitality! They may try to make up by offering complimentary food (which I clearly declined) cause what's bad, is bad! Not not not recommended at all ...!!

One of the best stay. this was our second stay here and absolutely loved it again. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is just too good. Chef Arjun, Anjali and Arvind are amazing people. Room is very spacious and comfortable. We would surely be visiting here soon.

I wanted to express my disappointment with our recent dining experience and stay. The food lacked seasoning, to the extent that even my 2-year-old daughter refused to eat during our stay. Despite providing feedback directly to Mr. Arvind, the restaurant manager, we saw no resolution to the issue. We had hoped for a much better experience and were quite let down. I trust you’ll take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing both food quality and service for future guests.

It was a perfect weekend getaway. Been a long time since a resort was above our expectations. Beautiful ambience and clean rooms. Great checkin experience with Veerain. Chaupaal was a treat. Two things however stood out - the personal attention from all of the staff looking after the smallest of your comfort with their smallest of gestures. Ordered milk and got it in 5 minutes at 4 am for the kid. Bablu, Wangshu , Mhashu and others at the Aravali kitchen were amazing. - the food was out of this world. Local flavours and everything else was amazing. Chefs Arjun and Dinesh regularly kept engaging us for a personalised experience. Will be coming back soon. !!!
