The stay was ok okay, service was very slow, we ordered in room dining and it took them 1. 5 hours to send only pane-er pakodas. We asked for water bottles again it took 30min to send water bottles. Room and washroom was clean but they need to seriously work on their service.

Rooms and bathroom badly designed. No place for storage in bathroom and no hooks and room uncomfortable. Water flow very poor

Worst experience ever. I booked this hotel based on the trust and reputation of the sarovar brand, expecting a certain standard of quality. What i encountered was far from it. My room had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking level of poor hygiene. I was extremely tired that day and just needed rest, but the lack of cleanliness made it impossible to sleep. I never expected such a disappointing experience from a sarovar property. Truly let down.

Very bad experience, room was not cleaned properly. Even after complaining about cleanliness. No one come for cleaning. No shower gel in bathroom bottle. Come to know during bath
