The hotel staff is very slow & careless....they gave me the room in which ac was not working later they changed....next the shower gel was empty...after informing them they filled it up after 1 hr...every order made to room service was delivered after 1.5 hr...rest stay was comfortable.

The stay was comfortable and nice. Rooms were fresh and clean. Breakfast can improve a bit. Very limited options. Overall ambience of the hotel is also good. Tap water quality to improve.

I had pre- booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for my guests through make my trip. Despite multiple reminders to front staff including Amit deputy general manager, Kuldeep, Mamta not to ask my guests for payment, These guys did exactly the same. Don't expect much. Only decent 2star treatment with zero focus on service.

Due to very rude behaviour of staff at reception i. E; amit mishra and a madam, our stay at this hotel was terrible. They were using the rules and regulations of hotel which were created for customer's convenience, against the customers. Not only us but they were fighting with all the guests, making them wait unnecessarily and taking advantage of the situation that we have already booked our stay and niw cannot go to another hotel. Our stay was so bad that we checked-out in the evening itself rather than staying till next day.
