Washroom had no drain and water got accumulated every time we used it . Staff was decent by service was slow . Breakfast was not good . They shud focus on quality instead of quantity.

Frankly speaking with my travel experience, this one is far better than Ginger, Vibe by The Lalit.
it was an awesome experience, one call supportive staff, neat & clean spacious++ room, washroom👍, food quality was also perfect. specially 5 star to Guard outside gate, so kind and supportive, and thanks for providing extra coffee and sugar pouches in bulk on a single call.😅
Overall experience was 10/10.

On first day they have not provided towel, hand towel, dental kit and slippers even after multiple calls (10-12 calls). When I planned to check-out early they have started covering up. team also tried to call but they have not responded. Hand Shower has leakage issue, TV remote not working. Food was good.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff at the reception was cooperative but there was a huge problem, the cleaning staff used to stand outside my room to gossip loudly and i could hear everything they said. The used to shout outside the room till 12 midnight and we couldn't sleep and were very uncomfortable with the fact that 3 men were standing right next to our room door. I would complain at the reception and they would move for a couple of hours but came back every-time
